Lauren R. Ross M.S. CCC-SLP, BCBA, LBA

Lauren R. Ross is a dually certified Speech Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavioral Analyst with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential. She earned her undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and pursued her Masters in Communication Disorders at Old Dominion University.

Lauren worked in the public school system, where she served as a speech pathologist for five years while simultaneously pursuing her BCBA certification at Clemson University. This commitment to continued education allowed her to blend her expertise in speech therapy with behavioral analysis seamlessly.

Transitioning to private practice, Lauren thrived as a behavioral consultant in public schools before becoming a Clinical Director of a private practice in the Lynchburg area.

In 2022, she established Precision Therapy PLLC, focusing on enhancing the lives of adults by equipping caregivers with the tools to address negative behaviors and foster independence effectively.

Beyond her professional dedication, Lauren is currently learning Spanish, with the aim of broadening her reach and impact in the field.

Neli Andersen

Neli, a seasoned professional, holds an MBA with a focus on IT management, Process Optimization, and Finance from the University of Saarland, Germany. She also possesses a Postgraduate degree in EU Integration Law. With over two decades of teaching and consulting experience, Neli's expertise is vast.

Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures in manufacturing, imports, and high-end hospitality restoration, Neli is deeply committed to her local business community. She provides consulting and operational support and mentors the next generation of leaders.

In her personal life, Neli finds joy in family moments and spending time with her beloved dog. Currently, she serves as our COO while also sharing her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Sweet Briar College. Her dedication to both professional and personal spheres is truly inspiring.

Brian Myers BCBA

Brian Myers, a seasoned BCBA with an impressive 13-year track record in the field. His journey commenced over three decades ago as a teenager, where he dedicated his time to a camp for children with disabilities in New York. It was here that Brian unearthed his true calling.

Before assuming the role of a BCBA, he served as a Special Education teacher across three different states. Brian also held the esteemed position of Autism Specialist for Central Virginia Region 5 Public Schools and successfully established a business catering to students with Autism throughout the state of Virginia.

Now, he eagerly embarks on his next venture with Precision Therapy, looking forward to extending his expertise to adults in the Lynchburg and surrounding areas.

Kerry Burnette BCBA

Kerry has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, a Master's degree in Community Mental Health Counseling, and a post graduate advanced certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Originally from New York, Kerry has spent over a decade combining the two sciences of mental health and behaviorism to support those with differing abilities and co-occurring mental health conditions as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and later a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA, BCBA).

Currently, Kerry is  practicing in the greater Richmond, Virginia area as a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA, BCBA) with a passion for trauma-informed care. 


Sarah Foster BCBA

Sarah Foster is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Precision Therapy PLLC. In addition she is a licensed Inclusive Early Childhood Special Education teacher. She has her masters in Inclusive Early Childhood Education from James Madison University. Sarah received her Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certificate from Florida Tech University. Sarah has over 10 years experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in the public school, private day school, home, clinic, and community settings. 

Sarah specializes in verbal behavior, assistive technology, naturalistic teaching, and treatment of challenging behavior. Sarah strives to implement strategies of applied behavior analysis to create socially significant and meaningful progress for individuals. Sarah values the importance of modeling and training all stakeholders to further support clients and assist with generalization of skills. 

Sarah resides in Richmond, Virginia serving adult clients in the Richmond area.


Rich Ferguson BCBA

Rich has been working in diverse settings in the human services field for over 20 years.

He is currently a licensed BCBA, LBA in the states of Virginia and Tennessee. In addition, he is a licensed special education teacher in the state of Virginia since 2006. He has managed a group home for at-risk youth, and been an independent living director for adults with ID and DD.

He has designed and implemented behavior programming across settings of the military, education, behavioral healthcare, and residential group homes.

He has been married for 25 years to his lovely wife, Amy and together they have 10 children. Rich specializes in skill acquisition programming, professional development, training, management, and team building. Rich also has a wide array of experiences in organizational behavior management. Rich has a passion for working with people and facilitating the professional and personal growth of others.

Jennifer Garnett BCBA

Jennifer Garnett is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed to practice in the state of Virginia. She has a passion for helping clients gain independence and participate in their communities through the development of prosocial and functional skills. She previously worked as a secondary special education teacher before transitioning into a role as a BCBA and School Services Coordinator for the Piedmont and Southwest Virginia regions. Her experience in schools around Virginia gives her a unique perspective on goal development, postsecondary education and work experience, and community based programs.

Katy Kelly BCBA

Katy Kelly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) practicing in Williamsburg, VA, and its surrounding areas. Prior to becoming a BCBA, Katy earned her master's degree in K-12 Special Education from William and Mary, with an additional certificate in Autism. She has experience working in public schools which gives her a unique and valuable perspective on adapting interventions to fit a variety of settings. Katy has delivered trainings to caregivers and businesses in the community. She has experience delivering direct, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clinic, home, and community settings. Katy is driven by her passion to empower her clients towards independence, while fostering inclusivity and achieving socially significant outcomes through collaboration and resource provision to stakeholders.

Lauren Wood is currently a Licensed and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Lauren received her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Certificate from Florida Tech University. Lauren has several years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs in the home and adaptive classroom settings. 

Lauren has a lifelong passion for helping individuals with special needs, and she loves to see the improvements that are made while implementing the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis. She strives to help her clients gain independence and improve their quality of life. 

Lauren currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and baby boy.

T'Keyah (she/her) is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a strong background in special and public education consulting. With a focus on creating inclusive learning environments, she excels in implementing evidence-based strategies to reinforce social skills and enrich individualized learning experiences.

T'Keyah's expertise lies in disseminating ABA principles through modeling, coaching, and collaboration with families and caregivers. Joining Precision Therapy, PLLC, she brings invaluable experience in crafting tailored therapeutic interventions, aiming for impactful and sustainable change. Her dedication extends beyond professional realms, as seen in her diverse passions including volleyball, beekeeping, and environmental stewardship as a Virginia Master Naturalist volunteer. T'Keyah's holistic approach and commitment to positive change make her a valuable asset to the team at Precision Therapy, PLLC.

Britt Mays BCBA

Britt holds an undergraduate degree in Health Promotion from the University of Lynchburg and a Masters in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. She began her journey in the field of  Applied Behavior Analysis in 2016 as a mental health counselor at a school for autism. She was an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for four years before becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2021 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2022. She is licensed as a behavior analyst in the states of Virginia and Texas and has a strong clinical background working with children between the ages of 2-12 years old in the clinic, in-home, and community settings. Britt provides services in Central Virginia and telehealth platforms.


Britt is passionate about verbal behavior, skill and function based treatments, and assistive technology. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, spending time in nature, rollerblading, and feeding the family of 8 deer who visit her house on a daily basis.

Lola Ross is our delightful therapy dog! Lola is certified through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs and has been making a positive impact in the field since 2020.

Lola's passion lies in connecting with individuals across various settings, be it in the community, day support programs, or group homes. Her gentle demeanor and friendly disposition create a comforting atmosphere for those she interacts with.

Beyond her therapeutic work, Lola's playful side shines through. She's a frisbee enthusiast and has a particular fondness for tasty treats. When she's not on duty, Lola can be found indulging in her favorite pastimes: taking leisurely naps, enjoying long walks, and making a splash at the lake.

Lola's presence is not just a wagging tail; it's a bundle of joy and comfort, making her an invaluable member of our team and a cherished companion to those she serves.
